INVITATION FOR DOMESTIC COMPETITIVE BIDDING
Bids are invited from reputable bidders registered with the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe for supply and delivery goods as well as provision of the following services.

The bidders must be compliant with regards to the following statutory requirements,
- VAT and Valid ITF 263 for 2024
- Valid NSSA registration
- Valid registration with PRAZ in the correct category
- Certified copies of company registration and ownership documents.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DATES HAVE SHIFTED TO 11/6/2024
Tenders must be submitted online through the Electronic Government Procurement System (EGPs) on or before the closing date and time (10:00hrs CAT). No payment shall be made to obtain documents online.
Tender documents can be downloaded from the PRAZ EGP portal, https://egp.praz.org.zw/ at no cost. Any equerries and tender clarification relating to the tenders must be addressed to RPAZ Procurement Management Unit on the following email address pmu@rpaz.co.zw on or before the stated dates in the tender documents.
