In response to the Covid-19 outbreak, His Excellency, President Emmerson D. Mnangagwa declared a Covid-19 Prevention, Containment and Treatment National Lockdown order (2020).
In compliance with the above order, the Radiation Protection Authority of Zimbabwe will close its offices to the public for the 21-day period.
We are however on standby for any emergencies and other occurrences that may need our services.

RPAZ urges all users of radiation to continue following all the safety procedures for the safety of people and the environment.
RPAZ would like to remind everyone to remain vigilant in the prevention of Covid-19 and practice good personal hygeine including,
•washing hands with soap and water frequently or use of an alcohol based sanitiser
•covering your nose and mouth with tissue paper or flexed elbow when coughing and sneezing
•avoiding close contact with people who are sick, coughing or sneezing.
