SUBMISSION OF OFFERS/ QUOTATIONS
Bids must be enclosed in sealed envelopes and endorsed on the outside with the above-mentioned tender number, tender description, and tender closing date. via email on pmu@rpaz.co.zw or hand deliver at 18 Armadale Road, Borrowdale West Harare in the tender box at our reception area.
All the documents on email must have passwords that will only be provided on the closing time at date.
NB: Offers not received by 10:00 hours on the closing date SHALL be treated as late tenders, rejected, and returned to the tenderer. For any queries contact the Procurement Management Unit on pmu@rpaz.co.zw
RPAZ does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender and reserves the right to accept the whole or part.
